Ambassadors receive their own CELTS Pool Management Season Pass, valid at all CELTS-managed locations. So when you just can’t get enough of the waterpark, join us even on your day off. And what’s a trip to the waterpark without your friends and family? As a CELTS Pool Management ambassador, you will also receive four daily admission tickets per month you work to make sure your friends and family can join in the fun.

CELTS Pool Management gives over $5000 in scholarships each summer to passionate and deserving ambassadors to help with their college expenses.
JOB INFORMATION
Leadership
CELTS Pool Management offers leadership opportunities in all departments. Being a leader at CELTS Pool Management is rewarding, exciting, and a great resume builder. Leaders at CELTS Pool Management are expected to embrace a Coach-Leadership approach to supervising. Work experience required; previous leadership experience preferred. All training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years old.

Food & Beverage and Retail
CELTS Pool Management Food & Beverage/Retail ambassadors ensure our guests' quality food and customer service. This includes but is not limited to preparing, cooking, and serving various food offerings, cashiering, and customer service-related tasks. This position is highly relational and service-oriented. No experience is necessary; all training is provided.

Front Gate
CELTS Pool Management Front Gate ambassadors ensure quick and friendly service to all guests entering the park. This includes but is not limited to, serving as a cashier, checking coolers/bags, and scanning tickets for entry. This position is highly relational and service-oriented. No experience is necessary; all training is provided.

Lifeguard
CELTS Pool Management Lifeguards are tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests during their visits to our park. This includes monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, assisting guests in need, and being responsive to situations that may arise. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. This position is highly relational and service-oriented. No experience is necessary. Our lifeguard certification course is conducted in-house and will require a fee to be certified. Subsequent training is provided.

Park Services & Maintenance
CELTS Pool Management Park Services & Maintenance ambassadors ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the park. Attention to detail and a desire to maintain a clean environment for our guests is a must. At times, park services ambassadors will be trained to assist in various projects around the park. No experience is necessary; all training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform certain duties.

Slide Attendant
CELTS Pool Management Slide Attendants are tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests during their visits to our park. This includes but is not limited to enforcing attraction rules, giving clear instructions to guests, and facilitating a fun experience on each and every ride. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. This position is highly relational and service-oriented. No experience is necessary; all training is provided.

Cabana Attendant
CELTS Pool Management Cabana Attendants ensure fast and friendly food & beverage (F&B) service to assigned private cabanas. As a cabana attendant, you will be tasked with taking/fulfilling guest orders, maintaining cabana cleanliness, and communicating effectively with the various park departments to ensure top-notch customer service. No experience is necessary, but wait service experience is preferred; all training is provided.

Jr. Ambassador
CELTS Pool Management Junior Ambassadors are individuals who aspire to enter the workforce earlier than most. Junior Ambassadors receive training in Front Gate, Food and Beverage, Park Services, and Water Safety operations. Jr Ambassador Program requires commitment, a desire to learn, and a willingness to have fun! Note: You must be between 12 & 14 years of age.
