All of these items and many more may be purchased at Pool Fuel Cafe.

May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge?

You may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day as long as your original unaltered wristband is on your wrist.

Is there a Refund Policy?

All participating locations of ChicagoWaterParks.org have a strict no-refund policy. Before heading to the parks, please check the weather conditions. In case of any inconvenience caused by weather conditions, ChicagoWaterParks.org offers a Sunshine Guarantee Insurance Policy, which you can add to your admission at the time of purchase.

Do the participating Water Parks Offer Lockers?

The best thing is to leave your valuables at home. Please don’t bring them into the waterpark or leave them exposed in your car. Lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis at each of our participating water parks for a fee. ChicagoWaterPark.Org and our participating water parks are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen items.

Do I need footwear?

Waterpark walkways, like any pavement, absorb the sun’s heat. We strongly recommend that you wear some type of secure footwear. If you did not bring proper footwear, you can purchase aqua socks at the Pool Fuel Cafe.

What may I wear at the Waterpark?

All participating waterparks at ChicagoWaterParks.org are family-friendly. Please make sure to wear appropriate, conservative swimwear only, which is defined as an article of clothing specifically designed to be used in a pool environment. Swimwear should be lined and not transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear, thong, or t-back swimwear bottoms are not allowed. Cut-off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, and t-shirts are also not allowed in any of the pools. If you must wear a shirt, only spandex, lycra, or rash guard shirts are permitted. Undergarments must not be visible at any time. Moreover, no profanity, vulgar images, or language is allowed. Any visible tattoos must be in good taste and not offensive to our family environment.

What if my party gets separated?

Establish a time and place to meet. If your kids are old enough to be on their own, make sure they check in periodically for sunscreen and drink breaks. If you do get unintentionally separated, alert any staff member.

Can I bring a picnic?

All of ChicagoWaterParks.Org participating Waterparks offer a wide variety of delicious foods at the Pool Fuel Cafes.

Please be aware that outside food and beverage are not permitted to be brought into any of the participating waterparks of ChicagoWaterParks.Org, except for individual, sealed bottles of water. However, we understand that some Guests may have special medical needs that require them to bring a small snack and juice to the park. In such cases, exceptions will be made to ensure their well-being is not compromised. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies, unfortunately, will not be allowed to bring their own food into the park. We highly recommend renting a locker to store their items securely while enjoying the park. Afterward, guests can consume their food outside the park in designated areas. Guests with special medical needs will be required to provide proof of their medical condition in the form of a physician’s note, medical device, tattoo, ID bracelet or approved medical card.

Do you provide first aid at the Waterparks?

All of ChicagoWaterParks.Org's participating Waterpark's water safety employees are certified lifeguards trained in water rescue, CPR, and first aid. All participating Water parks have a First-Aid station, located by the exit of the changing rooms, for guest’s comfort and convenience.

Am I allowed to smoke in the waterparks?

All of the waterparks participating in ChicagoWaterParks.org are non-smoking facilities. Smoking or use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and chewing tobacco, is strictly prohibited within these waterparks.

If guests want to leave the waterpark property to smoke (away from the entrances), they will be re-admitted if they are wearing a wristband purchased that day.

What if it rains while we are there?

KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND! The participating water parks will close when unsafe conditions are present (as determined by Management in conjunction with national weather service alerts). They  will re-open when weather conditions in the immediate area are safe to do so (we cannot guarantee ideal weather conditions). In the event they cannot re-open the attractions within 75 minutes, you’ll receive a ticket for a return visit (your wristband must be intact and on your wrist to be valid for a raincheck). No refunds are issued regardless of time spent in the park.

Do I need to bring cash or do you accept debit & credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Apple Pay, at any of our points of purchase. Be sure to carry your ID with you if you use your Credit Card for your protection and due to the high number of credit card and identity issues today.
